If desired Reiki can be integrated into one-on-one sessions.
Restorative yoga to nourish and calm the mind, body, and spirit.
Nature-based practices promoting healing and enlightened living.
Eleonore is a Certified Yoga Teacher in Vedic & Tantric Transcendental Wisdom, Sattva Yoga Kriya Naad, Himalayan Kundalini, Laya, Hatha, Vinyasa, Sattva Meditation, and Restorative Yoga.
