To support you in your meditation/yoga practice, one-on-one sessions with Eleonore are available. Sessions are focused on developing a practice that suits you and enables you to be successful in implementing a consistent self-care meditation and yoga practice.
Sessions cover any of the following: posture, breathing, active meditation, and visualization.
90 minute sessions allow for a full yoga class including kriyas and meditation designed for your specific needs along with recommendations for your personal practice.
90 minute sessions are recommended for clients I haven't seen in over a month in order to fully serve you and give you the time you deserve.
Sessions are predominantly by phone or zoom/video, some in person available on maui, please inquire.
