How it Works:
The Discovery: We’ll start with a brief check-in to align on your goals.
The Sessions: 60 or 90 minutes of dedicated, one-on-one time (via video or phone)
The Support: Follow-up resources or practices to integrate our work into your daily life.
Investing in yourself is minimal in comparison to the value.
1:1 Individual sessions remain at a low rate to make it accessible to you : $190/90 min (by phone or video)
Plus new option of discounted rate package of 3 sessions for $540, or 5 sessions for $900
