First Sessions are 90 minutes and can be combined with Spiritual & Life Guidance, Reiki, Meditation/Yoga. Session includes an intake period discussing prevalent concerns and intentions followed by intuitive guidance/ reflection supporting you in deeper connection with inner guidance/spiritual guides as well as the elemental/natural world, aligning with your Source energy. Session completes with recommended nature & celestial practices to support your journey.
90 minute sessions are recommended for clients I haven't seen in over a month in order to fully serve you and give you the time you deserve.
Sessions are predominantly by phone or zoom/video, some in person available at additional rate, please inquire.
