The following are Reiki books that have greatly inspired my Reiki journey and ones I recommend in my Reiki Trainings and workshops. I hope they inspire and nourish :)

The Japanese Art of Reiki
this book is a great simple read with in depth teachings on Usui’s cleansing and breathing techniques, as well as the Aikido/ Ki cultivating origins of Usui Reiki.

This Is Reiki
In depth history of Usui Reiki and the origins in Japan, along with great description of Mount Kurama and some of the original members of Usui Reiki.

The Original Reiki Handbook of Mikao Usui
Exploration into the various Reiki hand positions and their corresponding body systems/organs etc. Also reflection into Mikao Usui’s use of tapping, accupressure, gazing and blowing in his system of Reiki.

The Crystal Bible
A great resource, gives thorough descriptions of stones and crystals and their properties, healing, metaphysical, and spiritual qualities plus so much more. One i recommend in my Advanced/Master Trainings.
