We are living in a time of great awakening.  The divine feminine is not exclusive to women.  It is awakening in men, women, child and all of nature.  The re-balancing of the masculine and feminine within all of life, yin and yang.  As was intended. 

This is reflected in the movement across the world with wholistic integrative practices available, accessible, and useable to all people of all paths. This is also reflective in the environmental movement in which our awareness of our impact on our natural world is giving way to great initiatives repairing global warming, climate change, overconsumption, and pollution.

This movement is an internal one as well as external.  As we awaken from within, our actions related to our behaviors and lifestyles will fully take hold, supporting individual and global awakening and transformation.

Hence the essential nature of our daily practice, our moment-to-moment living, and our active involvement with our inner state. This is where our yoga, meditation, and reiki practice are not just about our own well-being, but in fact contributing to the well-being of our world and the rebalancing of our feminine and masculine nature, awakening our wholeness.  As men and women, and for our world!
