” From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt a sense of serenity come over me like the island was opening its arms to welcome me.  I checked into my beautiful oceanview room with a well-equipped kitchen. I booked extra time at the same discounted retreat rate, which I highly recommend.  

Going on a retreat not knowing anyone was scary for me, however, my fears were put to rest in the first 5 mins of the opening circle.  I felt comfortable enough to speak my truth and was instantly connected to every single person in the circle.
