Follow up sessions can be 30 minutes by phone. This includes review of prevalent concerns and intentions followed by intuitive guidance/ reflection supporting you in continuing to transform emotions, patterns, and belief systems that are no longer effective; embracing your essence, connecting with inner guidance/spiritual guides, aligning with life’s purpose and your Source energy. Sessions can include, pranayam/ breath/Reiki practices completing with continued recommended practices to support your journey.
90 minute sessions are recommended for clients I haven't seen in over a month in order to fully serve you and give you the time you deserve.
