Yoga Workshops

 

Workshops and Classes consist of a variety of the following:

  • Combo of kundalini, Hatha, restorative yoga, pranayama, mantra, music, and soulful movement.

  • Simple exercises to do at home and integrate into your daily mediation/yoga practice.

  • Exercises to clear unwanted patterns and self-destructive behaviors.

  • Physical, mental, and emotional detoxifying exercises, intentional projection exercises to help align to your highest good and support your movement forward in your life.

  • Meditation practices for daily living.

  • Reiki integrated with meditation and yoga practice.

  • Restorative yoga to nourish and calm the mind, body, and spirit.

  • Nature-based practices that promote healing and enlightened living.
