Join us for a deeply healing nourishing afternoon enveloped by the luminescent grace of Reiki, along with simple nourishing empowering kundalini, yogic pranayama (breath practices), soulful movement and meditation. No experience needed. Bring friends and family

We will soak in Restorative Reiki practices to nourish and calm the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki is our innate healing well/wholeness. Those already trained in Reiki will receive a boost to their personal practice and Reiki Flow, and those new to Reiki will receive an introduction to the this timeless gift with unlimited benefits on all levels.

• Soak in a deeply healing guided Full Self Reiki Treatment

• Receive and Give Group Reiki sessions

• Explore deeper aspects of your physical and subtle bodies, and your inherent healing rebalancing abilities
