First Sessions or follow up session after 3 weeks are 90 minutes.
Sessions includes intake period discussing prevalent concerns and intentions. Followed by a full treatment, mentoring, coaching or yoga class tailored to your needs, all depending on your session choice.
Completing with post treatment impressions and recommendations.
90 minute sessions are recommended for clients I haven't seen in over a month in order to fully serve you and give you the time you deserve.
