Reiki and Spiritual and Life Guidance
First Sessions are 90 minutes and include Reiki treatment if desired. This includes an intake period discussing prevalent concerns and intentions followed by intuitive guidance/reflection supporting you in transforming emotions, patterns, and belief systems that are no longer effective; embracing your essence, connecting with inner guidance/spiritual guides, and aligning with your Source energy. Sessions can include, pranayam/breath practices, Reiki, and movement, completing with recommended practices to support your journey.
90 minute sessions are recommended for clients I haven't seen in over a month in order to fully serve you and give you the time you deserve.
Currently all sessions are occurring via phone or zoom (optional outdoor session available, inquire)
Non-refundeable.
Follow up sessions can be 60 minutes and include brief Reiki treatment if desired. This includes review of prevalent concerns and intentions followed by intuitive guidance/ reflection supporting you in continuing to transform emotions, patterns, and belief systems that are no longer effective; embracing your essence, connecting with inner guidance/spiritual guides, aligning with life’s purpose and your Source energy. Sessions can include, pranayam/ breath practices, Reiki, and movement, completing with continued recommended practices to support your journey.
