Day Retreat (without transportation)

A day retreat in deep nourishment, unplugging from our day to day demands, soaking in the mystical landscape. We will take a sacred journey through the canyon with simple kundalini yoga warm ups, walking meditation/hike, along with a surprise sacred site/natural spa -- deligthing all of our senses, basking in self love so as to best love those around you. A deeply relaxing, nourishing day -- opening our intuitive guidance and creative juices.
